Where will my donation go?
Here are some financial estimates for select services WARN provides for our clients. Each case is unique, and these prices can vary based on vendor and geographical location.
- $10: Groceries for one meal, for one survivor
- $20: One meal delivered, for one survivor
- $30: Cell phone bill for one month, for one survivor
- $40: Rideshare to the doctor or emergency room
- $50: Electricity & heat for one month (not in winter)
- $100: 1-month pass for public transit for one survivor; internet for one month; application fee for a new apartment lease
- $150: Clothes for a new job or interview
- $200: Driver’s tests and driver’s license fees (valid for 5 years)
- $300: 1 month of groceries for one survivor
- $500: medical fees for vaccinations and exams required for a Trafficking victim (T) Visa application for one survivor
- $1500: 1 month of rent and utilities in King County, for one survivor
